This marketing program (“Offer”) is for all the Bank of Baroda Mastercard Credit card holders shopping on www.jiomart.com(“Jio...”) and is open to all the card holders with a valid and unexpired Mastercard Credit Card (“Cardholder”) issued by BoB Financial Solution Ltd.
The Offer will be made available 21st September (00:00:00 Hrs) to 26th September 2021 (23:59:00 Hrs) (“Offer Period”), unless extended by Bank of Baroda.
Eligibility: This Offer is open to all individual legal residents of the Republic of India aged 18 or above on the Offer start date.
During the Offer Period, eligible cardholder can avail cash back Offer from Bank of Baroda on transactions undertaken on JioMart, using Bank of Baroda Mastercard Credit card as below, during the Offer Period.

Maximum cash back per card account during the Program Period will be Rs. 300.00 Cashback will be posted only on non-delinquent accounts at the time of cashback fulfillment
Multiple transactions summing up to Rs. 799.00 on a Bank of Baroda Mastercard Credit card will not be eligible for the Offer
Cash back to be credited in customer’s JioMart Wallet as gift card on or after 30th November 2021.
Offer is applicable only on Bank of Baroda Mastercard Credit card Bins – 534444,548245, 532000 & 527753.
In case of full cancellation/return of order, the transaction will not qualify for the Offer.
If the User cancels a part of his/her order, or if the User has not been supplied full order, he/she will qualify for the Offer only on the net amount paid, basis the eligibility.
Bank of Baroda does not endorse any of the products or brands being offered under the Program and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, delivery or after sales service of such products.
The Offer/ benefits under these Programs cannot be clubbed with any other offer or discount extended by JioMart on www.jioma...om or participating brands as part of any other arrangement.
All the existing offers, gifts, discounts etc., that are being offered over and above the Offer can be availed by the Cardholders as per the applicable terms for such offers.

Bank of Baroda reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to this program at any time with or without any prior notice and without assigning any reason thereof and the same shall be binding on the Users at all times.
Under no circumstance will the Offer being offered under this program be settled with cash in lieu by Bank of Baroda or by JioMart
All government levies like GST, TDS, any Local Tax, etc., shall be payable by the Cardholder as applicable at the time the respective Programs were offered.
Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by Bank of Baroda for this purpose. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be conducted as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be at Mumbai and language of arbitration shall be English. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against JioMart.
Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on best effort basis.
All disputes under the Offer shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai only.
