There is no such fee on virtual card generation.

Update – July month Junio cashback credited, Go to invite and earn section. Check if any scratch cards there, Scratch the scratch card dated today. you get the cashback.

Note – only eligible transaction cashback credited. All payments done with the intention to misuse the offer will not get counted for cashback calculation. Only genuine payments to merchants will get counted.

For Example - i didn’t receive cashback for payzapp wallet load transaction but received for other transaction. So i think payzapp wallet load isn’t applicable for transaction.

My blood is boiling.
I lost like 200 ruppes as commission as cashback on housing. Com from two junio accounts.
Salo ne kuch bhe nhi diya.

They had around 1k rating in playstore.
Now let’s show our anger .
Edit : not 200 ruppes, its around 400 rupees.
Two transection done last month and two transection this month.

complaint them on help section say tell why you did not gave on rayzrpay txn ,give 1 star rating on gpay and write same thing.
Tell them make your system more transparent ,i guess they are not giving on high value txns it shd be any merchant they simply not giving on them

Until they implement proper terms and conditions,this will not work
it’ll be another waste app.First check on first month whether they are giving proper cashback in Virtual card itself than wasting 99 rupees for physical card.

General terms and conditions like “Payment done with the intention of misusing the cashback will not eligible”,won’t work.

They will make this condition as an excuse for not giving cashback.
They needs to be specific in TnC

This is what i received .
1) they first told me that rent payments are not applicable for cashback.
2) when i told them that housing. Com rent payment transaction was not mentioned in the terms and conditions then they told me that u provide the rent aggrement details
3) they are completely misbehaving ( i mentioned there company as fraud)
4) they use harsh words also and they have the option to delete the message
5) when i told them that all the screenshot can be used in future they deleted the whole ticke

Their TnC conditions is generic but not specific.They can deny all cashback because of their common TnC.

I have done 3 transactions on 11th amounting 600, 3k, 4k. All three displayed on 11th.

But now showing 2 transactions only, 4k one is missing. I suppose to be 250 refund for each transaction total of 750.

Aise aaj ek person ko 5% upto 490 cashback mila. customer support se baat karne k baad, thora bohot jhagra karne k baad diya.

Par again cashback milega he iska koi guarentee nhi ha or genuine transaction karoge like amazon, flipkart or offline use pe toh shayad mil jaye.
