1. Program Details, Concept and Participation:
   • These terms and conditions apply to KitKat Grandbreaks Consumer Benefit Program (hereinafter referred to as "Program") for voluntary participation of consumers, sponsored and launched by Nestlé India Limited (Nestlé India), having its registered office at 100 / 101, World Trade Centre, Barakhamba Lane, New Delhi – 110 001 and conducted by Pine Labs, having its office at No. 111, 1st floor, “Brigade Manae Court”, Industrial Layout, Koramangala 5th Block, Bangalore 560095 (hereinafter referred to as “Agency”) wherein consumers can participate by sending an SMS of the 9 digit unique code (herein after referred to as the “Code”) printed under the wrapper of KITKAT 4 Finger 38.5g (hereinafter referred to as the “Program Packs”).
   • The Program is valid only in India from 10/10/2022 to 20/11/2022 (both dates inclusive) (herein after referred as "Program Period"). The Program is valid throughout India (except the State of Tamil Nadu). Products available without this offer also. The Program is open to Citizens of India only. Any entry for the Program before October 10th 2022 at 09:00 hours and after November 20th 2022 at 21:00 hours shall not be entertained and will summarily be rejected. Participation is voluntary.
   • During the Program Period Participant stands a chance to win
     • Cash reward : Per minute
       1 winner per minute every day of the program period (total 720 winners per day combined for program packs) will receive Rs.200/- cashback ( on KITKAT 4 Finger 38.5g)
     • Grand prize : Per hour
       1 winner per hour stands a chance to win any one of the following prizes: Boat Smart Watch or Lenovo Tab or Amazon Echo Dot or Redmi Phone, every day of the program period (total 12 winners per day combined for program packs). Prizes are only indicative and may vary subject to availability.
     Max. 1 prize for a single mobile number
   • The winners will be selected everyday via a scientific randomizer consecutively for 42 days (Program period).
   • The Program period starts from 10th October 2022 and shall continue till 20th November 2022 (inclusive of both dates). If the customer has bought a program pack before 10th October 2022, then customer will not be eligible for participation in the Program until the start of Program Period (10th October 2022).
   • The Program is subject to all applicable central, state, and local laws and regulations.
   • Consumers participating or seeking to participate in the Program shall individually be referred to as "Participant" and collectively as "Participants".
   • Regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circle.
   • The consumer will need internet connection to access the website link shared via the confirmatory SMS. Winners will be sent an SMS with a winning code, name of prize won and a link to access the prize, the consumer will need internet connection to access this link shared on the SMS to the winners. Regular data rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circle.
   • Winner/s will have to enter their contact details on the microsite link
   • Winner/s of per minute cash prize can redeem the cash via NEFT/UPI/e-Wallet
   • Winner/s of hourly grand prize will have to enter their valid Address wherein the prize can be delivered
   • Participant is eligible to win only 1 prize from 1 mobile number during the program period described above
   • Nestlé India / its Agency reserves right to cancel / amend / extend the Program Period without giving any notice/intimation. No claims/questions shall be entertained in this regard.
   • The Employees, agents, associates, and promoters of NESTLÉ India and of its affiliates, subsidiaries and advertisement agencies (including their immediate family members) and all others directly associated with organizing the Program(s) are not eligible to participate.
