Is Video kyc option is available for Kotak cards?
Earlier I had 811 account that was disabled due to KYC not completed in a year. Now I can't delete the account nor use it. I get this message after applying.

Applied in the night, vkyc done around 10am, 12pm email received of congratulations, virtual card viewed immediately. Limit 2.1lakh (lower than my other cc, but I am ok). Never had any relationship with kotak earlier.
Will send email to them for LTF confirmation.
Got in the same way with same limit. You must have received application form in email. Received application form in email clearly ticks the box where it is mentioned no joining fee and no annual fee.
I got an email asking to provide consent sent on SMS and I didn't receive any message

An existing customer here! I completed all stages of the application. Got nothing by email / SMS. The last screen had appReject in the URL without any content shown on the screen. So not sure what would happen.
