This Gift card is valid for a period of 1 Year from the date of issue.
The Gift Card will be accepted at domestic POS merchants accepting VISA. POS transactions would be PIN based.
No ATM withdrawal would be allowed on Gift card. But customer would be able to do a balance inquiry on ATM. (While doing balance inquiry at ATM the customer has to select Account Type as ‘Current Account’. Online transaction would be a pin based, where customer would need to get a unique password created while doing transaction
The Gift card can be used multiple times upto the load value of the card.

Activation Process:

There is a option to generate Apin you can find after registration on online. But for online transaction no Apin require.
My rupay card transaction failed and amount deducted , how much time takes to reverse amount in card

Hi Dimers. I made transaction of rs. 1950 to add money from BOI Youfirt card they chargerd 100 rs convinence fees. Help in this why they demanded this convinence fees?

Facing a strange issue these days with RBL RUPAY CARDS, money is getting debited from card account but Wallets show as transaction failed

Ordered You first BOI card 2*5000. But received RBL you first Rupay card 1*10000 rs. Can we return this? Or if i activate this card from any phone no will it work properly? Anybody faced a similar pblm guys. Please give guidance for the way forward.

Lately it seems that now they (YOU FIRST) is taking us for a ride, we hardy make a few percentage but the risk of funds getting struck and activation taking weeks is taking a toll
Last week someone was advising to buy 20K cards at 19.7K, with a margin of just 1.5% who would risk activation delays and coupled with transaction failures and as a topping delayed OTP’s
Never go for Rupay as simple as that. BOI cards are easy to use and there is no delay in activation.

I would say ShopClues has handled orders of Youfirst gift cards very well infact better than reference standard Amazon (regarding TC cards in past)..
They are not always chorclues.. respect them for this atleast

I think they r sending purposely wrong cards when if it’s not in stock. I ordered 2*5000 Boi.. But they have sent me 1 rbl card for no reason in courier cover its mentioned as Boi cards only. Tried calling them with no use.. Mailed them and waiting for reply.. Now issues are popping up a for lot of orders..

What is the proper CC mail id for you first cards? I have ordered BOI cards but they have sent me RBL rupay cards. I don’t know whether the rupay card is proper card (10000). Sent mails with no use. most of them are not getting delivered. Tried calling 1800.200.3181 with no call getting connected. Also i don’t have the mobile number of shop clues account i have ordered this cards from. How to activate rupay card with out sending SMS from mobile no? Will they activate through email id? Please somebody give proper guidence.
They do activate it through other mobile numbers also and also mail them for activation, definitely they will activate it. However OTP comes to only registered number. Please check with them though email before performing any transactions
I got 06/18 rupay expiry card for 25/08 order. What is the expiry date of others?

I have mailed on finops but not received any reply also call on toll free no. but not able to talk
OTP comes very late and fails transaction.. useless Rupay
