Friends. I also got this card. IOCL pump is charging Rs. 11.80 for Rs. 300 petrol using Axis IOCL credit card. Ridiculous. Complained in twitter. Will surrender if no proper response.

just go to redeem points at hdfc website and redeem as Indianoil points/ later you can redeem those points through paytm Indianoil rewards program for fuel or get amazon voucher from Indiaoil app at 4.8.
Its not what you are thinking.
Let's say you got fuel for Rs.1000
According to 5% rule, you will get 50 Rewards point.
When you convert those 50 Rewards points, you will get 50 Indian oil rewards points.
Those 50 IOCL Rewards point would be equal to Rs.15 so effectively its only 1.5% cashback.
