Shirt is like paper dosa (ek dum kadak and thin), never seen such a cloth used for a shirt…..
Linen Club Logo is different from the Original Linen Club by Aditya Birla, all duplicate stuff from pepperfry. Mera bhi Kenneth Cole ka shirt fake nikla aur size ka bhi problem which they never excghange.. I’m toh stopping using pepperfry.
It is just a suggestion that you should never buy any branded( what they claim) or non branded clothing /shoes/accessories from these sites. In case if you still want to buy then you should buy it from sites like Myntra, Jabong or Yebhi who are established players and also have good return policy.
pepperfry never gives money back instead they give useless pepper points which we cant use with discount coupons to buy highly exaggerated.
No ethics in pricing the things

Few people had good experiences with them including me, but majority doesn’t. It could be somebody personal experience.
The WORST quality shirt I have ever owned. Not only this shipping was also very late….I will not recommend pepperfry for anything.

You are right. All had mixed levels of good and bad experiences with them. But they are not the same they were before 4-5 months. Then the only problem with them previously was that the updates (on shipment/refunds etc) were not proper. Those times you could place an order and gracefully wait, they won’t give you a prompt update of shipment, but your items would be delivered in 5-10 calendar days. 2-3 months back they started a new trick. After placing your order when you look at your order in your Order History, each item will show something like “will ship in 7 working days” with a ridiculous star saying “working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays”. They could be justified if they include this description in their product page itself so that we may know in advance that such a product will take this long time to reach us. A naive user does not get to know this until s/he places an order and looks at the order details. While their prices are competitive with those coupons applied, most of their items (which are overly priced) cannot be bought when we really need them because either we won’t be having a suitable coupon or it will take such a long time to be delivered.
These kinds of personal experiences were there even before but nobody really cared about it because they used to keep the customers silent with some bonus points whenever they came across with such situations. If you have bought something in December you will notice this change in their policy – they have stopped this. Now things have become to such an extent that even if your order gets through, you must keep praying until the items reaches you safely after around 10-15 calendar days.
And to be frank, their return policy is the worst than even the upcoming small sized e-commerce sites. They will not replace a damaged or wrong item, instead they cancel the order and frustrate you in all means so that finally you give up.
