I bought this mobile on 20th Jan sale. Got delivered but has some blue lines on display. I asked Amazon CC to replace but they are telling seller doesn’t have new device. Any way to get this mobile instead of refund? Please help.
oh, this 3s was flipkart exclusive in the first place, (is’t it?) amazon made a lot of fuzz when flipkart sold op3, now amazon sold 3s and making lame excuses,

Agreed, and flipkart is making ‘urge’ for this 3s prime by limiting the number of pieces to each sale. There is a limitation of either use two sim or card+sim.

Requested for return today (as no phone available for replacement) due to frequent hang issue. Very bad. I had to return another redmi 3s prime (from flipkart) due to heating. Not sure how this phone is hot selling even after too many issues?
P.S. :- I know answer is good features in this price range, and due to that I will still order same mobile again. But still, why not xiaomi correct the phone issues to avoid hassle of return phones and customer frustration 
Xiaomi idiots will never really refine the MIUI OS… Neither do they release the sources in time… Typically Chinese **it mentality, make a show and do nothing at all… But there is one advantage, the phones are easily rootable and there is always good developer support… So you can root the device, change the rom… That is the only reason to buy xiaomi phones, great hardware, reasonable price and good custom rom development… Else xiaomi phones are like any other phones…
MIUI may be bulky but with 3gb of ram I havent noticed any lag in day to day usage or even playing games like NOVA 3 . I think the issue with Xiaomi is quality control and not MIUI.
