, ratings are good even for the price of 1400 in amazon 
it is a Bosch, it is a multi bit set and it has racheting function
not worth if it is box open and there is a risk that some of the bits are old or replaced intentionally or by mistake with non Bosch bits.
the mech is smooth on this (racheting mechanism) but the bits are not carbon steel (or not of top quality if they are carbon steel 
) and rusting of parts is often reported in such hand tools of Bosch.
many other Bosch items too are now sourced from cheap hubs where QC is not good or may be they are seeing India as easy market.
so keep if you have use for the racheting function, but without enough fulcrum (length of the shaft), do not expect miracles if put to heavy duty use (like rusty old door hinges).
Stanley too are a fairly good company to rely on, if getting the 68-010 in 270-330 range then try that too. although it doesn’t have a carry case, it is good for workshop type use and has a wall mount. second image here > amazon.com/dp/B00009OYGW
