8. By participating in this Offer and making the purchase of the Amazon Device, an Eligible Customer would be deemed to have accepted the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice applicable to the usage of Amazon.in.
9. The Code(s) will be shared with the Eligible Customers by TIL.
10. During the Offer Period, the Code can only be redeemed / used once by each Eligible Customer, i.e. only for a single purchase of the Amazon Device on Amazon.in.
11. The Code(s) provided as part of this Offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or other goods or services.
