After 100 times adding to same amazon account payment getting failed to add to amazon account and deducting to bob account, so not try more than 100 card on same amazon account. Personally verified.

Refund is linked to debit card or bank account? My 1 bob vc failed, but payment deducted. Now it says refund will reflect in 2-3 days

check your amazon wallet kyc expired or not.
Also Amazon wallet mini kyc limit is Rs10,000 only, if your kyc expired then by default “Gifts & Credits” page will open.
Both page looks similar, if “Amazon pay balance” showing means kyc wallet or “Gifts & Credits” showing means kyc expired -

I used to have a bob account when there was no kyc. I was issued a debit card too, but as min balance was not possible for a student in emmergencies, i withdrew and made it lower than min balance and finally negative interest charged.
Now that account is lost, will BOB allow me an account
Ps: i did not give PAN as i was a student or mobile
