Small update – I got charged with 295 for rupay platinum dc issuance charges in one of my newly opened accounts. So guys, don’t order physical rupay platinum dc. Just use virtual DC as we are already doing for 2 weeks now.

what the **** they deducted 295 for Virtual card as well (2 debit of 295) for aug month card
looks like next month they will deduct 295*40(for 40 cards)=11800 rs

Virtual card should be free only but i dont find this charges zero documented as of now. If anyone find any charges mentioned or free we can ask for reversal

I didn’t generated any virtual card in August or requested for physical rupay cards but still 295 deducted
1st card is free after 1 year 295.

Update: My local branch manager called me and told that he will do reversal immediately after raising query in bob world app.
How to raise query in bobworld app?
Actually bank manager tried to convince me, that charges for rupay classic card. I told its free and card number mentioned in statement for virtual rupay platinum card.
‘Convince’?!?
Aisa kuch hai nahi waise convince krne ka isme 🤣🤣
And amount just credited back to my account which was deducted for virtual one.

Actually I did like this.. On Complaint page, Business > General Banking. Complaint - Cash Related Description → Any other Issue. So It got redirected to branch I think.
We have to raise complaint for refund or it will happen automatically?
Do complaint bro, in bob dictionary their is no word like automatic, everything is manually done. Except deduction
