I know all this foolish tricks by these agents ,and know ho to manage and how to say no
Terko experience karna hai toh khud jake aa ja rather mai mera experience tujhe share karo.

They make you sit at a place with blazing sounds where its difficult to listen to even each other. Then target the female and try to brain wash her. At the end of 2 hours when your mind is completely exhausted and reeling, they will make their pitch. They will write down a figure on a piece of paper and say thats the special offer for you. They with force a 8-10 page document with very small print as contract. Then they with create an authorisation on your card, in the form of a total charge with EMI option. They always say that you can cancel later but they will never allow that as you have signed the contract.
Before you fall in their trap, just remember the following,
1. The number of property is limited, so are the number of rooms
2. There are only 52 weeks in a year and out of that about 10 will be blacked out weeks.
3. Ask them how many people are total members of their scheme and they will never give clear answer. Because when you multiple the no. of rooms with no. of weeks excl. black out weeks (which is the total available room) and then divide by the number of members you will get only one week holiday every 10 years instead of the promised yearly holiday.
5. They will tell you that they have tie ups with other international groups so their rooms are also available, while conveniently omitting the fact that the members of those groups are also using the same rooms so the probability of getting a room only decreases with such tie up and not increase.
4. Even after paying lakhs, you still have to pay annual maintenance charge, irrespective of whether you use or not, and also for overpriced foods and services when you actually avail.

My advice, STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT A PEACEFUL MARRIED LIFE

PS : I managed to escape because their offer was in my city and to my wife and I only accompanied her and kept all my credit cards and my wife’s credit cards at home and also because I am an obstinate headstrong person who can boldly say NO to anyone, including my wife.
