Coupons expired Now. As a lot of people has asked me on how I got the code. I was doing my genuine recharge on niki and in the process wanted to apply the coupon code 3FLAT (3% instant discount on bill pay) —> I clicked on “I have a coupon code” —> It opened a new screen (I saw this screen first time in the niki app, seems they are experimenting with their coupon system) where few coupon code were listed and user can select a coupon code (Radio button style). The descritpion of all coupon were exactly same "Instant discount upto Rs. 500. Valid on minimum Rs. 100). I cascually selected the offer and suddenly my transaction was completed without paying anything. I tried again with Rs. 500 bill pay and this time the remining 3 coupons were there. I applied all of them one by one and all transaction was sucessful. Overall, it looks like they were testing a new paradigm for coupon codes and in the process they went live with some dummy coupon codes.

Niki is asking amount through sms. What to do? What are the option we have..

i want to give back recharge but not cash. As we can receive various cashback while recharging they are demanding full amount….. any one else received the message?

this company is mad now they are asking money after 1 month they had to ask that time itself, i already understand them i leave them in dec 2017 bcz i know this company is unprofessional.
