I contacted them regarding this here is the reply,

We are regret for the inconvenience, due to Deepavali holiday the code not uploaded on the portal. The issue will rectify within 48th business hours. Kindly try after 48th business hours, you can avail the offer.

Any offers or deals involved with mobikwik, if you have availed it once, great, then stay away from it…from my experience…if you try to be greedy or loot mobikwik, it will turn out to be the opposite for you. I have cancelled the orders for 4 packs which was supposed to be delivered on monday ever since i saw that the code was not working, even if the code starts working again, i will not try or risk it with mobidick.

This time its not Mobikwik. It is this company BigCityExperience. And we can fight back, its a product sold to us with a promise of Rs 200 cashback. There were no terms on the pack specifying that Rs 200 cashback is conditional or time bound. So, as buyers we are entitled to what we purchased. If the purchased item is not delivered, the purchase is invalid and liable to be refunded. Lets wait till end of day and start raising refund request with this reason. They will fall in line soon after the retailers start pushing back the complaints to them.

I asked 2-3 times continuously they give thi reply.

“Give us a some time. Once rectified we will give you an update. Till we will not closed your feedback ticket.”

Who ever purchased the packs return them ,I called them they are saying promotions are closed ,cheat company ,finally out of my 460 at least 300 wasted

Those who purchased it from amazon (seller:salesmonster) contact amazon, they are still showing the offer on their website so acc. to them offer is still active.
Got 200 gift voucher from amazon for 1 of my orders.

I also called before 5 days , Same thing happend with me.Auto Tape was running on that number.It continously said that the offer is closed.
After that i redeemed 9 voucher.
So pls some patience and wait for it.
