i also told amazon cc that i got one voucher code used….and he replyed that this is the first case he heard
so i would urge all dimmers to flood amazon chat with happilo issue.
atleast amazon will take some action

Acc. to me cancel it.. there was no promotional msg on cloudtail so amazon will not be liable for this promotion and dont expect anything from bigcity, even if they start the booking process again they can close it anytime.
So bettr stay away from it.

Yes at least if big city fails to deliver the code we can raise our concern to Amazon. They will help for sure.

I bought from Cloudtail and it did show the offer on the payment page. I confirmed that before buying the prunes and walnuts, bought two more packets of prunes today.

the day i posted the deal, there was no offer showing under cloudtail that is why i mentioned in my post that purchasing from cloudtail is risky, also u can check now.. no happilo product by cloudtail is showing that promotional msg.

Do we need to insert a space after every 4 char of code. Did you copy paste the code from SMS or typed. There is a difference in the format. When we type – a space is generated after every four characters and while copy paste … it just one line.. (Only the last character has a space)

Copy paste and it might be account specific so give a try ( I copied and t worked )
