I have complained about the cancellation of the product in the cc, they said it was pricing issue I didn’t convinced I had an argument with the support in turn they have provided me a gift card amounting Rs. 50 …. Still not satisfied planning to go to the consumer forum.

Most probably they’re gonna not cancel the order, until you call them. Did the same with a vacuum cleaner from the loot. Called after 2 months and got a cancellation mail nd unapologetic words from them.

Not a great choice, if you are going to use it lit the entire room
The default white color is fine with Max brightness but when you start using the color mode, the brightness drops down to almost 25%
Also the color accuracy is not great, when you reduce the brightness for blue colour you will get velvet lol
Never noticed such a thing with my Yeelight or Philips setup
And Regarding brightness, it changes every 5% (Although based on UI u can set brightness for any percentage from 1 to 99)
And you cannot fine tune the default white color
App is fine
Easy to setup
Once the setup is done, you can use WiFi for bulb and mobile internet for phone/app to operate
App has color modes, scenes (useless except disco mode & there is no music mode) and automation
So it is only good, if u want to use it with the default color (white) or for desk/table lamps to lit a particular region
