i think we got 10% discount on woohoo which was a fair deal.
But if we get 100% refund on fully fulfilled orders then it was not fair. now the point is how can i pay them back or how they reverse the refund ?

@G33kBoyRavi @mohdubaid Important Note – I think it’s big loss to seller Woohoo who forgot to process called shipment after sending of egv and that’s why after exactly after 7 days sanpdeal automated system (max 7 day allowed to seller for shipment) cancelled all the Woohoo orders and it’s a big big loss to Woohoo seller not to Snapdeal.
As I already got shipment msg for last Friday 21st July order so don’t expect more refund from Snapdeal. I think we all should revert the refund back to Woohoo seller as it’s just a minor mistake and big loss to him. What do you think guys. Plz comments but before commenting plz think yourself as Woohoo and about loss to you.
This is not true. Sd is known for cancellation of gvs. They have done b4 too. They have canceled orders just because discount got applied on email gvs.
Second thing, there is no such process called shipment since these were applicable only to email gvs, and this is not something new in snapdeal. Snapdeal will have to pay woohoo for this mistake.

I have received 15K it looks they just not canceled woohoo, they also canclled cleartrip vocuhers which i bought at 15% discount
I am not sad or pity on snapdeal.
because by mistake i purchased woohoo without apply HDFC offer and immediately realized and requested for cancellation.
They did not do cancellation saying these are not canellable and they didnt even bother to compensate.
Agree its my mistake, but intimated them imemdiately about my mistake and requested them to cancel before receiving the voucher.
Anyway, If mistakes happen one has to live with it. there is no undoing it 
Despite significant loss (notional or real, whatever?) suffered, you managed to remain calm, not sad and even willing to acknowledge and learn from it…that sounds good and positive I would say!!

Even I got a call about refunding the money to their account. Have also got a mail about the same.
However, as someone has said above, If one makes a mistake, he has to live with it. They do not honour any orders for items which sometimes have low prices. I am going to send them their own mail which they sent me for not honoring my orders earlier.
Let them taste their own medicene.

I got cancellation message from Snapdeal but haven’t checked HDFC yet
I too got a call,due to my habit of not answering calls from unknown landline numbers, I ignored it.
Now checked the number is the same as shared in this thread.
What if we do not answer the call, why don’t they send email with all the valid reasons and option to pay back them.
Got call, they told those who are not returning the money back they will deal with them legally. It’s better to transfer money back to them, rather than facing legal issues.
LoL . Let them. If you transfer now and they again chargeback later then you have to run behind them. They do have the power to chargeback. Remember that and keep calm.
And Do remember you have done nothing illegal. They have made a mistake
But yes sooner or later they will take the money.
They have to go after these transactions & send legal notices to claim these amounts as loss for write off’s in their balance sheet…….. That is a normal procedure…

Just heard that the Merger between FK & Snapdeal has been called off & it seems the losses on Wahoo GV’S are also a reason to the same and to top it up the REFUND to accounts was an Icing on the cake
