One of my contact already got a call before I told Snapdeal and one of my friend had his gvs deactivated before I told Snapdeal.
It did not matter that I informed them, since after I told them, they again called me on two occasions and asked me to confirm whether I received and used Woohoo gvs so that I have to pay them. After two times listening to their Ramayana I blasted them why again and again repeating story which I already told you, they reply like ohh you already have reported this to us?.
Dumb guys..
I still have no regrets for informing them nor I believe that they came to know only because I informed them

before returning the money to Snapdeal, please check the fb page of snapdeal where you will find people begging for returns/refunds and snapdeal team is not resondin properly..i think god did right by taking money from them and if u really want to do something, donate this money..you will get some blessings…
Has anyone refunded the money to Snapdeal? I had received call and email last week but I haven’t refunded money to their account as I am busy and didnt get time to check mails. But I didnt receive any further calls/mails from them
Today I received a call mentioning that I should pay in their given bank account but I refused and told to pay through Snapdeal only
I didnt I received call few days back but didnt pick recieved mail to provided alternate number, i didnt respond to that mail.
So far no call and no mail.
If they want money they should charge back i would be happy to agree but NEFT/IMPS no way ….
No calls or mails now for me as well since last 2 days…….. I will let them do the charge-back but no NEFT….Hence I’m also not using the said AMAZON GV till such a time…
@A2Zdeals This is very good and feasible option to recover their payment. But, they should bit cautious on T&Cs on this bcoz later the customer shouldn’t complaint that its not delivered
i suffered a lot in this loot event n without doing sin. i bought woohoo in between through regular netbanking when i got disc code in email that is applicable on woohoo also to my surprice. i dont hv HDFC or HSBC card. they cancelled my gvs also n i m struggling for refund. i ll never buy now on SD even in any disc. m crying

Today I got second call first call in starting phase after cancellation , they simply said you were not ready to do NEFT, so will transfer your case our recovery department , they will take legal action be ready for that ….
Bro how many cases will they open? There are many people who taken advantage of this mistake. Its a mistake at their end. I am still struggling to get money from Flipkart in one of my account hacking case in consumer forum and nothing has happened yet, its more than 1 year now. Even after providing all the proofs too to court, cyber-cell and flipkart no one has done anything.
As mentioned in below article, I got an email with account details asking to deposit the amount.
Do we really need to do :O anyone else did?
Will there be any problem if we dont legally ?
If they call:
1. Ask their credentials to validate who is calling like address, email id, order id, pincode etc.
2. Thank them for providing details.
3. Ask them hold the line while you check details in your system
4. Turn on some instrumental music on your pc/laptop, put your phone near speakers and let them hear the music till the time they want.
