Received today. I have airpods pro as well but these fits my ears better. Not much difference in audio. But these are great deal for 7.6K
Working well with iPhone. Just need to configure settings once with Android phone and post that use them anywhere. Settings gets saved to buds and are persistent.

Hows the switching between iphone and laptop, I've been told that these buds lack bt multipoint. And smartswitching between devices is exclusive to samsung phones?

Asked for refund? General support is full of noobs, they don't understand anything about "A" and LPN numbers, just mention that you received a seal-broken product and that you need refund/replacement. And if they don't approve, contact ECR team (ecr @ amazon . in) via email with all the details, express your dissatisfaction about receiving a seal broken unit + stress the part about verifying the product details with the LPN serial through their internal server
