This offer is brought to you exclusively by Meru Cab Company Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Company’) and One Mobikwik Systems Pvt. Ltd. (known as MobiKwik) & is valid at all cities where Meru Cabs service is available.
This offer is valid for all Meru, Meru Flexi, Meru Genie and Meru Eve Users.
This offer is valid from 10-06-2016 to 31-07-2015 (offer period).
This offer is valid for the 3rd, 6th, 9th, 12th and 15th transaction per user during the offer period for payment towards fare paid through the MobiKwik wallet.
This offer is valid only on the minimum fare of Rs. 200
All users who fulfil the above condition will get 15% cashback on their MobiKwik wallet based on the fare amount.
Maximum cashback is limited to Rs. 75 per transaction.
The Company will not be responsible for any kind of cab-wallet payment failure due to technical malfunction of mobile network, mobile equipment, application system , software , failure for any booking to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on internet/website /mobile application including any damages injury resulting from participation or downloading or uploading any details/material in the offer
Any government levies/ taxes like sales tax, TDs, road tax, any local tax arising out of the same will be borne by the users This offer is not applicable on, 1) State Tax / Toll / Parking charges / Airport fees etc which is payable extra. 2) Failure of payment through cab-wallet 3) Any fraudulent transaction
