I used to feel the same before Mi entered “Android One” platform
Owned Redmi Note 3+4+5pro and the first time i would do after getting the phone is “Apply for Bootloader Unlock” and flash the custom roms (unofficial/leaked stock)
But Mi A2,A3 weren’t successful in comparison with their Redmi Note series (w/ MIUI). (Mi A1 had decent hype though)
Now Xiaomi is not interested in launching new Android One phones (Its been almost 2 years since Mi A3 launch).

Mi 11X (aka POCO F3) – Value for Money. 27K for the phone and band is a good deal.
Had my eyes on this but I’m not buying any phone which does not have 6000 mAh or more battery.
Also, at 26.5K, the price is moderately good (only if you have HDFC card lol) but too many compromises and crappy camera, no expandable slot and no jack.
Guess I’ll settle with a Samsung mid-ranger like M51 or F62 because this is second year in a row where I can’t find a true Poco F1 successor…

Pretty bad camera setup (not based on MP only but sensor is crappy).
870 would have been good and IPS screen is… bad (It’s the only thing that I hate on my Poco F1).
For a gaming phone, battery should be at least 6000 mAh.
So, basically, I’d say even Poco X3 at 14K (with offers) is a way better value.
Overpriced, Redmi K40 or Poco F3 i.e. Mi 11x was launched at around $310 in China. It is literally the same phone & no way in hell costs 30k now even with all the “taxes” BS Xiaomi comes up with! Another case of milking the Indian market for all its worth by MI, BBK electronics 😒
Price should have been around 27k and if they would have provided 3.5k on 27k then it would have been a steal deal 
Mi 5 for 500rs extra is just a marketing gimmick folks

VU. Good launch price. Basically updated Mi 10T series with the processor and Amoled, and launching at a lesser price. Good price and offer for the specs, I would say.

mi is comparing with all other higher end phones manufacturers which they are giving proper camera resolution
with out support with software. mi camera enhanced with miui only if you are installing stock android in this then camera resolution
will be 5mp only. bakra bana rahe hi users and buyers ko 108mp dikhake. number pe nahi chalta hi xiaomi bhai clear resolution do pehle
miui ke aadd me camera 5mp ka bhi 108mp dikhta hi. price also very much high.
also i listend that they are going to delete all negative reviews. when they are not able to listen
negative reviews then why releasing new phones. mi11, mi11x,mi11x pro. they are playing with buyers thats it. not much more time they going down with miui (kachreka dabba) OS
I have been using galaxy S devices since many years, how good is the experience of custom rom compared to manufacturer’s. I have never faced any trouble with samsung and ui is also good so never thought of trying out custom with galaxy s devices. Also there is a chance of bricking the ph which I don’t want to happen to these costly phones. I have tried custom rom on lg and zte though and experience was not good.
