Help Needed

I received my exchanged Mi A2 Black and now after using the device 4 days, i noticed that suddenly finger print sensor stop working and on pressing power on off switch it start working again. Now amazon cc arrange a technician visit on tuesday that the technician check and update on the same.

Now i have question the finger print stops working some time, not every time then how technician can check whats wrong with the device. Please put some light on this. Thanks in advance

Like on using Bluetooth earphones mobile goes on Silent DND Mode Does unusual behaviour calls log get open..Sort of like ghost touch..
Is it common or should I get the phone replaced..?

Any one facing issue of Bootloop after full update?
My 2 out of 3 ordered phone facing this issue. My 2 device is dead now. MI service center said OS need to flash and downgrade and suggested me not to update in future.
Phone stuck at Androidone logo.

I think because of faulty phone they are selling at too much discounted price.

If anyone has bought it within last 9 days, quickly update it and check because Amazon can replace it within 10 days. otherwise need to go to MI service center.

Mine working good with all the updates, only issue is battery is below par.

Mine is working fine only thing that keep in mind is you should stuck to oreo otherwise with all security update and pie update it will drain the battery quickly but you will get good features in pie update and fast processing speed so decision is yours.
