My Samsung AC has a voltage range between 130Vac - 290Vac. Do I need a stabilizer? Any knowledgeable person here please?

Yes. Although inverter AC can run on variable voltage buy it's better to get stabilizer so sudden electric surge variable voltage etc is handled by stabilizer instead of ac. PCB is most expensive part so it's better to protect it. Bdw this product is not a proper stabilizer it's just act as cutout.
