For every transaction attempt the amount to be sent is temporarily put on hold by our payment provider. The funds are booked and set aside awaiting for the final status of the transaction.
If the transaction is successful your bank will capture the payment and deduct the amount from your bank account in the next 24 hrs.
If the transaction fails the funds will be released back to your bank account within 5-10 BUSINESS days. The removal of this authorization depends on your Bank´s policies, but it generally takes 3-10 business days. Sendly/Rebtel DOES NOT have control over that.
Please rest assured knowing that you won´t be charged for failed transactions. The funds reserved for failed Top Ups will eventually be released by your bank.

They are now asking for bank statement.Ab debit card mai bank statement kidhar se ayegi .It has been 1 month now almost 2 transaction had failed still no refund in my sbi account.They take 4 days to reply to 1 ticket.Jada bade hogaye ye shayad
U can view your transaction details online if u have registered internet banking with sbi. Just note down the transaction reference no, the date and amount of the transaction from your bank stmt, call sbi customer care and raise a ticket saying that the amount has been debited from your account, ur amount will be credited bank to ur account within 10 days max.
The same can be done with other banks also.

For debit cards , you do get Bank Statements.
For every bank account you get statements.
Also if u used debit card, contact bank and tell them to reverse the charge.Normally Authorisations expire in 30 days.So contact your bank and ask them to reverse that specific charge.

debit card users have u not heard about PASSBOOK ENTRY….??? Its the same thing as Bank statement…
I recived refund after 32 days in there earlier offer.and that too after sending 8 mails and mailing them bank statement.

Even i received after a month. I think no need to email them again and again. If you notify once its enough. They may just be too overloaded to handle so many refund requests.:-P
All those who didn’t get refund even after waiting for quit a long time (Like me – over 28 days ). Send them a mail with your bank statement and ask for the cancellation receipt of your failed payment to them.
They will answer within 48 hours. Ones you get the cancellation receipt, send it to the department of your bank who is handling the payment option you choose (Like in my case, I send it to VISA transaction handling department) and I get the refund in 36 hours after sending the mail
Sbi mai bina bank jaye kaam ho sakta hai kya.I got the email from them for cancelation reciept.I used master card debit card for transactions.10 baje bank kholte hai us time office hota hai ye problem hai.
Its been almost one month and i haven’t received the refund. Anybody else facing this kind of issue??
