Wow. Cancellation has never happened to me with Netmeds. This is surprising because I have ordered 6-7 times in this year for medicine and they have always delivered promptly which is why I don’t use other sites.
Anyway is this PayPal only for new users?

My first order was for 2500 and it was not cancelled and also only got 200 CB form paypal.. But I wanted to get some other stuff and PayTM had the 2 500 order and get 200CB.. So I placed the first order for 505 and another order for 505 and they cancelled one of the items in the second order and PayTM sent me a message you are now not elegiable for the CB.. Considering it was for things like shampoo and stuff there was no discount. So I decided to just cancel the entire order and there is even a button for it but they did not cancel it.. So I wasted 50rs in shipping and paid MRP and it took 2 weeks to get. They gave me 25rs in voucher because it was so late..
I could have just gone to reliance and gotten it cheaper and faster.. And saved the 50rs in shipping as well.. They did not seem to understand I only ordered it because reliance only gives you like 10% and I only ordered this because of the 20% discount.

Last month Cashback could be used instantly from PayPal.. This time ull have to wait for 5 days to use Cashback and by then they’ll cancel at least one product so your Cashback will be withdrawn too. If you buy only 1 product then you might get cashback.
