No wonder the supreme court just hammers the high courts and their decisions, usually by a blanket statement. These judges have no shame.. Such blatant display of being bribed and politically motivated decisions..
Fuc***g supreme curses and their childish orders.. i order medicines worth atleast 4000 everymonth and used to get 20% to 30% off.. now because of those fat cats i am going to lose out on those. Silly bast@**$

Such a idiotic decision by High Court Judge..First we should check whether Dr Zakeer is really a dermatologist or from Pharmacist lobby.. General Practioner registering a complaint would have been fair but a dermatologist where mostly Creams and Liquids are used barring some NSAIDS drugs has filed a PIL.
Secondly local chemists never asks for a prescription.. Question raised was misuse of medicines..Do local chemist visit our home to check whether we take our medicines in recommended dosage..??
