How can a regional court ban anything across state boundaries?

No wonder the supreme court just hammers the high courts and their decisions, usually by a blanket statement. These judges have no shame.. Such blatant display of being bribed and politically motivated decisions..

Same here..My monthly medicine expenses for my family are in the range of 5k..
Such a idiotic decision by High Court Judge..First we should check whether Dr Zakeer is really a dermatologist or from Pharmacist lobby.. General Practioner registering a complaint would have been fair but a dermatologist where mostly Creams and Liquids are used barring some NSAIDS drugs has filed a PIL.

Secondly local chemists never asks for a prescription.. Question raised was misuse of medicines..Do local chemist visit our home to check whether we take our medicines in recommended dosage..??

Lastly just bcoz ppl jump in talavs to do suicide talavs are not closed..

A sane person would never do anything wrong..
