I am new user of niki. Applied New40 code and recharged my jio prepaid no. for rs. 1000..for two hours the recharge was showing ‘retrying’ status and got successful after few hours. Cashback of 100 credit also credited.
But the main problem is My jio no. has not received any balance till now.. It been 20 hrs. what to do?
