I just transferred now. But its showing pending. A pop up came something like ICICI timeout
Now it will take 24-48 hours to refund/process your order. That’s generally the problem with timeout in IMPS.

If we add PayTM balance with credit card and then transfer it to Bank at 0%.It is a deal but is it legal.Can we use our credit card in such a way to get cash ? Is there any RBI rules and regulations?
Even we can.pay our credit card bill with that or can take loan for 50 day free?
Due to money crunch in banking system, to fetch people into wallet universe they are allowing free transfers so that people accept money via wallets without worrying about money getting stuck.
What you are mentioning here is misuse of the same.
RBI is drafting new operating Manual for wallets & we should expect some check on this practice.
