Go to ola cab app. Open ola money from left side of the ola cab app. Then enter your amount. On payment option page click on other option and select payzapp. Then click ok. If it will ask for pin enter your payzapp pin. Then payment page will come. Enter promocode first on payment page then aprrove.

Try for 3 to 4 times. There is some issue with payzapp for entering promo codes.

My PAYZAPP wallet was not done with KYC, but I have updated with PAN Number in 2017 and it got failed ..today had call with customer care.. they said they have stopped PAN Update now and it will take some time to update the same. Full KYC will be done one for HDFC bank customer, If we have only wallet then we have to update with PAN card with minimum KYC to get cash back and we cant transferred to bank or to another wallet. We can use the cashback for other transaction with minimum KYC. IF we need full KYC we have to open HDFC Saving bank account..What the F*** is this ?? I have asked how long it will take to update PAN option do I need to wait for another 1 year.. the customer executive B****d said that also happen you need to wait patiently…

F**K payzapp… even If u don’t have HDFC bank account.. you can’t pay your electricity bills… Had a call with customer care and tgey told that only hdfc bank account has holders will have the option to add electricity bill services numbers to their account and with only payzapp account u cannot do any electricity bill payment… What a wallet….
