Yo, if your parents number and child number is different then you can login your OLA Wallet account through both mobile numbers and load to Pencilton wallet.
Select “others” option under add money, if you load through parents mobile number.
Complete mini kyc and generate free Virtual RuPay card (I think full kyc also available through aadhar option but i used PAN CARD option for mini kyc).

I didn’t add 2nd child, try and let me know but i think combined limit is 10k.
My parents number & child number is different. I use both account to load money because Ola money wallet auto login with pencilton register numbers.
