Didn’t add, but used 2 vouchers bought from different accounts/Phonepe directly while making payment and it worked.

Ah a complete mess in the end. Didn’t bother to create a new FK account, but used a different Phonepe account to load cash, no cashback either 
In the end it was 300 CB on loading of 3000 for me
