Talked to support first they closed the ticket saying you will be contacted within 24 hours after investigation but no-one did.
I again complained now they asked for sc of error I did now waiting for reply.

next time instead of buying gold, purchase product from flipkart and pay via phonepe cashback wallet, i did the same and utilised my 1k in 2 accounts product got delivered and no account blocking.
i did 500 recharge on jio and 100 on vodafone immediately after getting 549 cashback, didnt lose anything 
I got a message just now that the gold which I bought was refunded into wallet anyone got the same
