I had made a payment of Rs 1000 towards my Kotak CC via Pockets on the 21st and for some reason stupid Kotak has marked it as cash payment and levied Rs 100 as cash deposit fee besides 18% GST on it. How is this even possible? I am not gonna use Pockets for high value CC payments from now onwards. Or maybe it's just shitty Kotak? I have contacted Kotak CC but I am not hopeful.
