Money stuck.. Booked a ticket & money debited from Pockets, but IRCTC did not booked the ticket stating “payment failed”. Money which should have been credited back is not credited since Pockets have a stupid policy of Rs 5000/- credit per day.

Lets hope it auto credits after 24hrs otherwise will have to raise issue with them…

Funny thing the debit transaction does not show in Pockets statement…

Guys using this app is very risky.
Just used it at 11 am today to book a ticket and transaction got failed. Money got deducted.Now they are saying it will 30 days to refund.Their customer care service is also very pathetic.Also they wont provide any cashback because their offer is only for 30,000 users.You can see reviews in play store.Still if you want to risk you can go.

Yes its available on tatkal but dont risk your tatkal ticket by paying on this app. I almost lost ticket because of this waste app.

It keeps telling me to add my already linked ICICI a/c as payee… Is this the correct procedure since I think this is NEFT…

I tried as there were plenty of tickets available at 1 pm booking at 10 or 11 is risky…. I got cashback once for a normal ticket.. In tatkal i was unable to make payment it returned to irctc page with "bad track 2 " error.

Good if you have got the cashback.Waiting for refund and not going to use this ap again.
