Facing strange issue -
Bill generated on 1st, paid on 1st,
App showing paid in history
Still app showing bill due and receiving sms and whatsapl message to clear dues to avoid late fee charges and credit score rating decline.
Asked cc on mail, they replied saying that the bill repayment was successful and it may take 24hrs to update in system.
But till now 2 3 days passed, same thing showing in app.
Dont know what to do?
