- Instant discount Offer ('Offer') is open at the select stores of Reliance Retail Limited, Reliance Fresh, FreshPik, Signature, Smart, Smart Bazaar, Smart Point, Sahkari Bhandar & SKDS ('Stores'). This Offer is provided on RuPay Credit Card in arrangement with NPCI i.e. National Payments Corporation Of India.
- To avail the Offer, the Customer to purchase products worth ₹1000.00 and make the payment on the Purchase of the products from the Stores.
- On Purchase of single or multiple Products in a single bill ('Eligible Bill') only, the Customer is entitled for Offer and the Customer must provide at POS, RuPay Credit Card to be used for making payment to receive the Offer.
- Usage of RuPay Credit Card by the customer and collection of Offer from Stores is sole responsibility of the Eligible Customer. Offer is only valid once per card holder during the offer period per month.
Yesterday, one of my friend used BOB RuPay Contactless credit card payment on Reliance Smart and got 20% off.

Discount of 22% can be availed on bill of Rs. 1250 by BoB Snapdeal Card- 20% discount + 2.5% cashback to card.
I think smart bazaar you will get 1% cb but reliance fresh you will get 2.5% cb.
Only departmental store spend get 2.5% cb.

Paid 991/- for bill of 1239/- today using tap & pay UBI Rupay platinum CC. Done another for 996/- of add on card. However store people were totally unaware & told me to do at your own risk.

I want to make a purchase of around 3750 rupees and have three Rupay CCs. I would want to split this into 1250*3 so that I can get 250*3 i.e. 750 Rs. cashback? How can I split the bill in Reliance store for a single bill payment? Won't it generate three unique bills? Also, making the cart more than 3000 for a single bill would mean I would get the sugar advantage. Please suggest.
yes you can ask him to accept payment that way else make payment for 1250 each and remained in cash for few products

If you have not used the offer in the month of April, then use it. No need to set limit, discount will 100% working.

I purchased stuff worth more than 6000 yesterday from Reliance Stores. Made a single bill and billed 1250 * 5 from five different Rupay CC (all swiped). Got 250 discount on each of the transaction.

Made bill of 1200 + In Reliance Smart Bazaar and tried using Tata Neu & SBI IRCTC Rupay cards. Both had transaction limits of 1100 but both transactions got declined.
Tried Swipe & Pay, Contactless. What wrong did I do here?
Today used Tata neu card and BOB card, faced similar issue,
Offer not applied, transaction done without offer as I have sufficient limit for tap and pay as per bill 😌
Reliance store manager was not helpful keep saying contact your bank.

On 18th May offer was not applied, seems offer is over.
In reliance smart they had kept a board saying no network offers are working currently
