Update on this. I exchenged my honor 7x (which costed me 3.7k in a previous loot)
The phone was in bad condition. broken screen multiple places, dent and scratches in body, screen coming out, discoloration, power button loose etc.
The delivery guy was super chill, no drama. he just called his superior and filled some form on his app. told me the additional amount to paid- Rs. 2200. I gave him cash
In the end, the exhange saved me Rs 7800 total for a phone that was barely working anymore, so very pleased with the whole process

LG were closing their mobile business altogether, they had completely different business scenario. Realme is growing in India and doing quite well in other markets too.
Also this is a newly launched phone with the latest processor. I dont see its price going down much.
Maybe instead of 6k discount, it may go for 8k discount at BBD. The company wants to differentiate it from the GT series, that’s why they are pricing it low, as there is little difference hardware wise

Yes. the back cover is kinda bluish grey transaprent TPU cover, and works really well with the Silver model. The quality and finish of the cover is also amazing

Exchanged with 5 year old Redmi 3s prime which had display issues & dent on body. Exchange price was Rs.2450/- (excl.6k discount) delivery guy entered details on app & asked to pay Rs.700 extra. Since it was spare mobile & dint want to spend on repairing, paid balance amount & took delivery of new phone.
Overall phone looks good, camera pics looks average.

Mine still hasn’t been credited yet, app showing refund done but date is showing as 15. Now is it a risk to accept the delivery scheduled for tomorrow.

Anyone can confirm does fk exchange cracked screen mobile also. Mobile is in working conditions. But screen is cracked.

Worst experience with Flipkart!

My Honor 7X battery had started to swell up. I sold the phone for 10k considering it is not mentioned in TnC. But in reality the person logged a defect that the screen is coming out. All the 4 corners are intact but he asked me to pay 2200. Now I think I could have sold it offline and just counted on 5% axis cashback. At least my bill would had better pricing.

For second phone the executive raised a screen cracked issue for the back panel and again price drop on me.

Cashify wala system hai inka. Amazon is best. Phone on off kiya lock code hatwaya aur imei dekh ke replacement.

This phone is worth only if u are using basic phone and in need of serious upgrade.

Tried to exchange a very sparingly used mobile and ekart guy found a minute scratch on it. Saying i should have applied Glass on it.
Apart from that the phone is really new6, whoever gets it from 2gud would have been lucky.
