My phone sitting in my city’s warehouse since last 2 days but not getting out for delivery. Anyone else facing similar issue? Reason cited by flipkart: logistical constraints!

Delivery was supposed to on 12th, but has been changed to 14th if I check order status on flipkart app, and I don’t think it’ll even be delivered on 14th as well. Someone else on twitter faced similar issue (in some other city) talked to ekart person of his city and was informed that the product is not getting scanned in the system, hence ekart unable to deliver. Seems like flipkart blocked deliveries of whatever was not delivered!

My order got cancelled today by flipkart, yesterday was delivery date but I was not there at home so delivery boy told me today it will get delivered, but just now received message from flipkart saying order is cancelled. Can I reschedule the delivery???

Yes, the person tried infront of me by entering the tracking id manually and some error was shown in the system that hand in hand replacement not allowed, something like that was showing in their system. I don’t know what to do. Please help me out. @atx88

I am getting refund option on 13 sep near about 10pm, at that time it’s realme x7 max is out of stock, and I am getting extra 6000 on my exchage value as refund in form of Flipkart gift coupon, I thought to get refund and I got confused. Now the option change to replacement only.

I am getting around 11 hrs of Screen On Time.

One thing we’re forgetting is that this phone isn’t in mid-range more of a flagship competitor and those devices aren’t only focused on battery.

You’ll find no flagship with a great/exceptional battery life only budget range devices which can’t afford to give very powerful processors attract users by giving large batteries

I am getting more than 13 hours. Use auto freeze feature.restrict background activity. Use darkmode. Use data save mode. Disable wifi scane always on.

It’s the os that’s shit.

Using this device at 60 hz to save battery makes little to no sense. It’s like buying a Ferrari and driving it under 45kmph all the time to save on petrol. Features like 120Hz is what makes the phone worth its price. If you wanted a phone that just lasts for 10 hours, there were many phones with 6000 or even 7000 mah battery that come with 60hz displays. Also, if you are having a screen on time of more than 6 hours, or in other words, if you are staring at your phone for more than 6 hours a day, then you should really try to decrease that, just a suggestion.

IMO any phone that gives 6-7 hours SOT @ 120hz with superfast charging (0-100 in 30 to 45 mins) has the perfect balance. Use it whole day, wake up, plug it in for 30,40 mins while you get ready for your day and boom, you have enough charge left to get through the entire day. This way you won’t have to plug in your phone the entire night and you still get a full day’s worth of battery. And even if you run out of juice in the middle of the day, a quick 15 mins charge will give you back at least 50%. I don’t think battery life of this phone is the thing to worry about.
