2. Agree to the terms of service on the lounge reservation website and enter your information (name, card number, date of birth, and e-mail address).
3. You will receive an e-mail with a confirmation code. Enter the confirmation code on the lounge reservation page and proceed.
4. You will then receive a reservation completion email.
5. On the day of your reservation, please show the JCB card you used to make a reservation and the reservation completion email (or the reservation number you were issued when the reservation was completed) at the JCB Lounge.
The lounge cannot be used without a reservation.
Same-day bookings are not possible. Please complete your reservation by 11:59PM the day before you wish to use the lounge.
Please check the lounge reservation site or the reservation confirmation email for details on using the lounge.
Reservations can be changed or canceled on the lounge reservation site. Please select “Check/Edit/Cancel Reservation” on the lounge website and follow the on-screen instructions.

I got the card today and after creating the pin, I went to create the lounge key account and it gives an error.

I called the lounge key customer support. He mentioned that he see that the card is valid but asked me to reach out to JCB customer care for it.
I asked him about the 32$ vs free for jcb platinum debit card and he mentioned that members and guests both will be charged $32.

I think you will get 4 free lounge access per year, free lounge access valid only for card holder (contact RuPay support on twitter to get full info).

I got this reply from RuPay support on twitter “Hi Abhishek, for RuPay JCB debit cards, 2 per year lounge access are complementarily available. Thank you” but i suggest you should also contact RuPay support and verify one more time.

I believe there is no loungekey access with the card and only regular lounge (rupay in india and 2/year internationally).

50% you are wrong because currently International lounge access arrange by Discover or JCB Brand.
This is JCB Brand card and JCB provide International lounge access through loungekey (for lounges outside of Japan and Hawaii). 😀
