Terms and Conditions

1. Future Retail Limited (Company) coming up with pre-booking Super saver voucher(“SSV”) scheme, the same will be issued from 10^th January 2021 to 25^th January, 2021 (“Issuance Period”) and Redemption of the said Voucher from 23rd January to 31^st March 2021 (“Redemption Period”)
2. SSV shall be available for purchase to Customer on websites/app of Big Bazaar and its Partner websites/apps.
3. Customer will receive three E-vouchers on customers registered mobile no. of Rs.1000 each with total value of Rs.3000 upon paying Rs. 2500/- and the same will be issued during Issuance period.
4. SSV can be redeemed at Big Bazaar, fbb, Food Bazaar & Hypercity stores only.
5. Customer to ensure that the mobile number shared for voucher issuance is accurate and the voucher will be issued only on the mobile number shared by customer at the time of purchase. Company will not be responsible in any way for any losses due to inaccurate mobile number given by customers.
6. SSV once purchase cannot be returned or cancelled.
7. Only 2 SSV (6 e-vouchers) will be issued per customer per mobile number during the issuance period
8. Each E-voucher has to be redeemed in full. Partial redemption of E-voucher is not allowed & it cannot be exchanged for Cash, Cheque or any other mode of payment. SSV cannot be revalidated once expired & it is non-transferable.
9. Voucher is not valid on purchase of Oil, Ghee, Sugar, Baby Food, Cigarettes, Mobiles & such other products as per the discretion of Company.
10. This voucher is equivalent to a bearer tender. Once redeemed the same cannot be reused under any circumstance.
11. In case of any dispute, the decision of Future Retail Limited (Company) will be final & binding. Litigation, if any, is subject to jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai
12. Company reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms & conditions applicable to this offer at any time or suspend the offer completely
13. Company reserves the right to disqualify any person/ voucher from the benefits of the offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified
