[SAMSUNG PAY] 50% CASHBACK ON ICICI CREDIT CARDS

Samsung Pay information:
Samsung Pay app supports NFC and MST (Magnetic Secure Transmission) technologies which allow it to work on any POS machine. MST allows a user to send a magnetic signal from a smartphone to the payment terminal’s card reader.
Note that currently Samsung Pay payment option does not support online purchases and works only for in-store purchases.

Offer Details

Definitions
“Card” shall mean a Credit Card, which has been issued by ICICI Bank and is valid and subsisting during the Program Period.
“Cardholder/s” shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card.
“Cashback” shall mean the amount credited back to the Cardholder’s account with ICICI Bank, calculated as a percentage of the transaction amount arrived at on the basis of the approval/authorization code generated upon making a Retail Purchase.
“Program/ Offer” shall mean the offer wherein the Cardholder shall receive a Cashback on transactions made via Samsung Pay mobile application.
“Primary Terms and Conditions” shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to the Card in addition to these Terms and Conditions.
“Program Period” shall mean period commencing from Sep 20, 2017 to Dec 15, 2017 (both days inclusive).
“Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled by the Merchant Establishment prior to settlement with ICICI Bank.
“Retail Purchase” shall mean such purchase, which has been made by the Cardholder/s using his Card by using Samsung Pay mobile application .
“Primary Cardholder" is the person in whose name the Card has been issued.
“Supplementary Cardholder” means the family member of the Primary Cardholder who becomes a cardholder by virtue of his relationship with the Primary Cardholder.
These “Terms and Conditions” mean the terms and conditions set out herein for this Program/Offer and/ or as may be stipulated by ICICI Bank from time to time, as amended
“Merchant Establishment” means the establishment, wherever located, which honours the Card and shall include, among others, stores, shops, restaurants, hotels and airlines (whether retailers, distributors or manufacturers).
II. Program / Offer
Program Period: 22nd Sep 2017 – 15th Dec 2017.
The Program is valid for the Cardholder/s only and shall be valid and subsisting during the Program Period, unless otherwise notified by ICICI Bank.
Cardholders will get a Cashback up to 50% of the transaction amount on making Retail Purchases with his/her Card by using the Samsung Pay mobile application .
Cardholders can get a maximum cashback of Rs. 250 per transaction and Rs. 500 per card in the entire Program Period
To avail the Cashback, the customer has to visit any merchant site/outlets accepting payments through Samsung Pay mobile application and choose to make the payment using Samsung Pay mobile application
The Cashback shall be credited to the customer’s savings/current account within 45 days after the Program Period ends.
The Program is applicable for the Primary Cardholder/s as well as the Supplementary Cardholder/s.
The Cashback will be applicable only for Retail Purchase transactions made through Samsung Pay mobile application and will not be applicable for internet transactions, balance transfer (applicable to Card), all standing instruction payments, mail order / telephone order transactions and Void Transactions. Bill payment through ICICI Bank’s internet banking channel shall not be eligible for this Program. The Program shall not be eligible for transactions carried out in foreign currency and for any retail purchases done overseas.
