pro tip : use paytm payment bank if you that , it won’t charge u bounce back fees i.e fine if you don’t have enough balance.
you can also disable it after first payment for every bank.
also keep in mind that some bank charge a one time fees on mandate charges!!

Got 2500 points & deactivated auto pay

Autopay date was of 22 April but still not deducted, any timeline foir deduction after selected date? BTW, got message from yesterday about autopay deduction but still not deducted.
Eill I get the 2500 points if i setup auto-pay now and it gets deducted in May? The offer period is till 30th April only.
I activated auto-pay on 19th of April. My statement generation date is 20th of the month. I selected statement+2 date for total amount due. Hope I get 2500 points on 22nd April.
Can we setup autopay after the bill is generated?

Does auto-pay work of partially paid bill after statement generation? I partially paid using Reward points and status now shows as bill partially paid.

Refresh in onecard payment history . they update after some interval thats why it not reflecting in Onecard realtime
Don’t worry for 2500 points. They will be credited soon or you can check if any stamp is there in this offer section. If still you didn’t get any points, you can approach their customer support. Last month, I didn’t get my bill auto-debit due to some issue from One card side. I contacted them through Twitter DM and they get my points added manually.
Can I pay onecard dues using the HDFC BILLPAY platform?
