Yes, I was logged in to my Cirtus mobile app. Then when I selected payment option in shopclues as citrus and proceeded further, the payment gateway automatically recognizes my Citrus email id. I had to enter the Citruspassword to confirm the payment.
One more thing, I preloaded the Citrus wallet before making any payment. And remember to make your credit card as default payment in Citrus otherwise payment will not proceed.

i never logged in, it took my email from shopclues and i completed the payment. later i logged in with the same email id and found the transaction. hoping tog et that 100 % cashback too

It does not take me to my account even when I’m logged into my app. It just shows the email id associated with shopclues at the gateway. But as I said before, it does not reflect if we pay that way. feeling sad for you. A lot of users suffered a lot of pain making payment via citrus. I guess I was lucky that I got the cashback.
i too added the amount to citrus wallet before making payment but during payment it was not taking me to wallet instead asked me to pay through card and net banking, after making payment it wasn’t reflecting in citrus transcation history, i made transcation in afternoon, i checked it now, its showing in transcation history, also in my shopclues order history its showing as checkout inclompete
will i get refund?

it took my email from shopclues account. actually i did not know the password of citrus account and reset it after the purchase only. i found the transaction in the history after i logged in

Anyway, I have cancelled the order and the date is 16th Aug now. Nothing can be done.
EDIT: But the txns of wallet loading and subsequent withdrawal (both done between 9pm and 10pm) reflected immediately. Whatever, citrus has taught me something very important tonight… never again trust citrus. Fcuk you, citrus!

Same problem to me. citrus didnt ask me to login and only cc dc and net banking options displayed so I contact shopclues cc and he said that citrus is just a payment gateway to make payment and not a wallet like mobikwik and he wasn’t aware that citrus wallet do exist. WTF both citrus and shopclues are third class. They should be banned forever.
