My order is failing again and again when I try to use my ICICI bank debit card for ordering using Subscribe and Save (for extra discount).Is anyone facing same problem?

Prices were more compared to flipkart supermart, still due to cashback above bank discount I ordered 2500 worth products but yesterday the delivery person brought someone else's products with my name tag... I had to reject the complete delivery due to this. Coupon plus discount all in vain.
