One item is delivered.
Another item is out of stock.
You paid 20 Rs delivery charges.
Amount refunded for no delivered item in a wallet.
You order again the same undelivered item.
They charge you FRESH 20 Rs delivery charge.
Item for which you had already paid delivery charges before, you pay delivery charges for the same item again.
Don’t you think, this Dirty game of Cheating and Looting of this Fraudsters needs to be exposed??

any issue if i place 2 order using 2 diff account on a same address on same date ?
Stopped using this 3rd class app long time back but after seeing few positive reviews downloaded the app again 2 days back and loaded money.
Places 1 order using freedom coupn which was half delievred and half cancelled.
today again tried to place order and now it says coupon applicable once per user.
Also, it says “congrats, you saved 20 as free delivery for order above 200” but also adding 20 delivery charges for order above 500 also
This app was pathetic, is pathetic and will always be same and now money is stuck and need to but items on their inflated rates

yea this service is a joke my first order was cancelled and account put on vacation hold for one month couldn’t use any coupons and money stuck

Before so called “Freedom Sale” started, they already increased the prices by 20% to 30%. Infact Few items are More expensive than the freedom sale dates.
