Getting this message on payment page every time:

Tried many times even after emptying the cart and adding items again, but same message appears again and again on payment page. Anybody else facing the same problem?
I think ur coupon code is locked for 30-40 mins coz u applied it and went to payment page once i guess. So now wait for 1 hour. And do not try to apply the code in between that.
