No kyc is asked to me
Beware before ordering anything from swiggy. There new fraud policies are made to loot your money. I recently order some groceries of rs 500 from it. They cancelled my order without any informing and charge me whole amount as there 100% cancellation charge. Gone are those days when it was cool n cheap to order food from swiiggy.
+1 They have come up with outrageous policies. Referring someone to their service now is like asking them to jump into a well. If a popular restaurant messes up your order, forget about any kind of resolution from Swiggy’s end because they will deny your claims stating that the restaurant has an unblemished past record.
You can go to the ‘Account’ section on the Swiggy app and click on ‘Activate Wallet’ to create your Swiggy Money wallet.
