I just placed a 1st time Tata Neu order on Croma for 1600 and got updated message saying 200+80 NeuCoins unlocking soon. Awaiting the update on 150 NeuCoins for joining the Tata Rewards League.

Availed 50 NC offer on 100 bill payment yesterday. Can I use these coins while placing BB order and still be eligible for this offer?

I got  notification in 2 accounts. I m eligible? I m not new user. Already used this offer in 1 account and got 2nd time Notification

Ordered 1312rs from bigbasket(first order), had already filled league survey as Rajasthan(hope don't have to fill qualifying ones 😅) but rewarded with 265 coins only, not sure why league reward not applied. Any option to check with cc(help>chat doesnt connect to cc)?

My BB order was delivered yesterday but sign of any Neucoins. I think I made a mistake in making the payment via BB app even if the order was placed in TN app?

Kept 1st ordr on bb with tata neu card. But got defective item. Returned item. Now if I keep ordr again it wil be counted as 1st order? Pls clarify

Frauds Tata. They cancelled my delivery today after waiting for 6 PM slot to expire. They put reason like "Customer asked for cancellation" . And then automatically created another Order for Tomorrow morning date. This way those frauds are trying to remove my first order 200 neucoins, 7-11 pm 200 coins etc.. 

If I asked for cancellation, then how did they get new order for tomorrow date? 

After Tatacliq, now Bigbasket are turning frauds under Tata.
