Once you log in to TataNeu, you can check the 'NeuPass' section on the homepage for complete details. 1 NeuCoin = Rs.1. You Can redeem NeuCoins across Big Basket, 1Mg, Cliq, Croma.

2. Is the Bill Pay offer applicable for Recharges also?

Yes. The offer is also applicable to Recharge Payments like Mobile Recharge, DTH Recharge, FASTag Recharges and LPG Gas Booking

3. Will I get the offer if I am paying multiple bills worth 100 or more?

You will only get eligible for the offer, if any of the individual bill among the multiple bills is valued at 100 or more. The offer is not applicable based on the total cart value but on individual bill value.

4. Are there any benefits when I pay with Tata Neu HDFC Bank Credit Cards?

Yes. You will get additional 5% back as NeuCoins when you pay with Tata Neu Infinity HDFC Bank credit cards and 2% back as NeuCoins when you pay with TataNeu Plus HDFC Bank credit cards.

2. The user will be awarded 50 NeuCoins for the first successful Payment on TataNeu Website/App.

3. A successful Bill Payment means the payment that was successfully acknowledged by the Biller

4. Valid on a minimum Bill Payment of 100 or more during the Offer Period.

5. The offer is valid once per user during the offer period.

6. The NeuCoins thus awarded to the User under this program shall have validity of 90 days from the date of issuance.

7. The BillPay Offer is valid from 12:00:00AM IST on March 29th, 2023, to 11:59:59PM IST of April 5th, 2023.

8. All disputes, if any, arising out of or in Connection with or because of above offer. Shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in Mumbai only.
